Banking & FinTech Solutions for Banks and BC Networks

Devices and software that help banks, BCs and agent networks serve customers anywhere, with proof of every transaction.

In one sentence

Raivens Banking & FinTech solutions are a connected set of USB GPS receivers, biometric scanners, handheld POS machines, payment soundboxes and monitoring software that help banks, Business Correspondents (BCs) and agent-banking networks deliver verified services at the last mile.

Proving where transactions happen

Agent transactions take place far from any branch. Without a verified location on each record, banks struggle to show that agents serve customers from registered places, and disputes fall back on paperwork.

Reaching the last mile

Many customers live far from branches and ATMs and may not carry a card. Agents need portable devices that verify identity, work on mobile networks and run on battery.

Managing large device fleets

Thousands of scanners, receivers and terminals from different vendors sit with different agents. Without one record, it is hard to say which device is where, whether it works, or why it came back.

How it fits together

From first touch to live operations

  1. STEP 01

    Authenticate the customer

The customer places a finger on the fingerprint scanner, or uses iris or face capture, for national ID-based biometric authentication.

  2. STEP 02

    Geo-tag the transaction

The USB GPS receiver, or the terminal's own positioning, adds verified coordinates and time to the transaction.

  3. STEP 03

    Complete and print

The agent completes the withdrawal, deposit or payment on the handheld POS machine and prints a receipt.

  4. STEP 04

    Confirm and monitor

The payment soundbox announces the result aloud, and the monitoring dashboard records the transaction, location and device health.

Banking and fintech solutions for agent networks

Agent banking brings deposits, withdrawals, payments and account services to shops, kiosks and doorsteps, far from the nearest branch. Raivens banking and fintech solutions make each of those points trustworthy: every customer verified, every transaction geo-tagged, every payment confirmed and every device accounted for. Banks, Business Correspondents (BCs) and agent-banking networks can deploy one product or the complete set.

How the pieces work together

At a typical agent-banking point, the customer confirms identity with a fingerprint. The GPS receiver adds verified coordinates, the agent completes the transaction on the POS terminal and prints a receipt, and the soundbox announces the result. Behind the counter, every device reports to a dashboard by serial number, so the bank sees agents, transactions and device health in one view.

Built for global payment and ID systems

Raivens designs its devices around configurable software rather than one market’s rules. Soundboxes and terminals work with instant QR payments such as UPI, PIX, PayNow and similar real-time payment schemes. Voice prompts come in English and multiple local languages. Fingerprint scanners connect to national ID-based biometric authentication through SDKs and a registered-device style secure capture service. Compliance documentation per model is available on request.

Designed, built and supported in-house

One Raivens team handles electronics and PCB design, embedded firmware, cloud platforms, apps, manufacturing, testing, installation and after-sales support. Banks and BCs get a single point of contact from first prototype to field service, and each device’s history stays on record by serial number.

FAQ

Common questions

What technology does an agent-banking point need?

An agent-banking point needs four capabilities: a way to verify the customer's identity, a record of where each transaction happened, a terminal that runs the bank's application and prints receipts, and a clear way to confirm payments. Raivens supplies each piece (fingerprint scanner, USB GPS receiver, handheld POS machine and payment soundbox) as separate products or as a tested BC point kit with monitoring software.

How do the devices work together during an agent-banking transaction?

The customer first confirms identity on a fingerprint scanner using national ID-based biometric authentication. A USB GPS receiver, or the terminal's own positioning, adds verified coordinates to the transaction. The agent completes the withdrawal, deposit or payment on a handheld POS machine and prints a receipt, while a payment soundbox announces the result. Raivens dashboards then record the transaction, location and device health for the bank.

Can the devices be adapted to our country's payment and ID systems?

Yes. The devices are built around configurable software rather than one market's rules. Soundboxes support instant QR payments such as UPI, PIX, PayNow and similar real-time payment schemes, voice prompts come in English and multiple local languages, and fingerprint scanners connect to national ID-based authentication through SDKs. Compliance documentation per model is available on request from Raivens, so your team can check local requirements before rollout.

How do banks keep track of thousands of agent devices?

Every device carries a unique serial number that is recorded at factory test. That serial is then linked to its dispatch, the agent who received it, self-test results, complaints and any return or replacement. Monitoring dashboards combine these records with transaction data, so operations teams see which devices are active, which need attention and where they are. Raivens provides this lifecycle tracking for its own devices and can extend it through custom software.

Who designs and manufactures the banking devices?

Raivens Technologies designs and builds its banking devices in-house. The same engineering organization handles electronics and PCB design, embedded firmware, cloud platforms, mobile and web apps, manufacturing, testing, installation and after-sales support. Founded in 2012, the company has completed 1,200+ projects for 15,000+ clients in 8+ countries. Banks and BCs deal with one accountable team from design to field support.
