Privacy Policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Raivens Technologies Private Limited collects when you visit www.raivens.com or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and customers worldwide.
Who we are
Raivens Technologies Private Limited (“Raivens”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in India (CIN U72900RJ2013PTC043623), with its registered office at G-845, Sitapura Industrial Area, Sonwa Road, Jaipur 302022, Rajasthan, India. We decide why and how your personal data is used, which makes us the data controller for the processing described in this policy.
For any privacy question or request, email info@raivens.com or call +91 83060 06902.
This policy covers our website and the enquiries and business communications that come through it. Mobile apps we publish have their own privacy policies, linked from their app store listings. Devices, dashboards and software we supply to business customers are covered by our agreement with that customer.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry, quote, demo and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, your message, and the product or service you are asking about.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Orders and support: billing and delivery details, tax registration details needed for invoices, device serial numbers and descriptions of any issue you report.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, and date and time. Our web server records these for security and troubleshooting.
- Form security data: your IP address and timing information when you submit a form, used to block spam and automated abuse.
- Cookies and similar technologies: for analytics and marketing only if you consent, as explained below.
What we do not ask for
Our forms never ask for payment card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers. Please do not include them in messages to us.
How we handle your enquiry
When you submit a form, our website sends your details by email to the right team at Raivens: sales enquiries go to info@raivens.com and support requests go to support@raivens.com. You receive an automatic confirmation at the email address you entered.
Your enquiry is then kept in our business email system. If we prepare a quote or start working together, we also record your details in our customer and order records. Only staff who need your enquiry to reply, prepare a quote, or deliver and support products can see it.
We use your details to answer you, prepare quotes or demos, and follow up on your enquiry. Where the law allows, we may also send you occasional information about related Raivens products. You can opt out at any time by replying to the email or writing to info@raivens.com.
Job applications
When you apply through our careers page, we collect the details you enter (name, email, phone, city and country, the role or area you choose, experience, current company, notice period, profile link and cover note) and the CV file you upload.
- Why: to assess your application for current and upcoming roles and to contact you about it. We rely on your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form.
- Who sees it: only the people at Raivens involved in hiring. We do not sell or share applications with recruiters or other companies.
- How the CV is handled: before anyone opens it, the file is checked automatically for macros, scripts, embedded files and malware. It is stored on our server outside the public website under a random name, and a copy is emailed to our hiring team.
- How long: up to 12 months from the date you apply, after which the application and CV are deleted automatically. If you join Raivens, your application becomes part of your employee record.
- Your choice: you can withdraw your application or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info@raivens.com.
Why we use your data
Where a law such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the bases below.
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Answer enquiries, prepare quotes and demos | Contact and enquiry details | Steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries |
| Supply, deliver, install and support products | Order, delivery, device and support details | Performance of a contract |
| Keep the website secure and free of spam | Server logs and form security data | Our legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention |
| Measure and improve the website | Analytics cookies and usage data | Your consent |
| Run and measure advertising | Advertising cookies and identifiers | Your consent |
| Keep accounting and tax records | Invoices and payment records | Legal obligation |
| Send occasional product information | Name, email address and company | Our legitimate interests or your consent, as local law requires |
We do not use your personal data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Cookies, analytics and marketing tags
Our website uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies or similar browser storage, for example to remember your cookie choice and to protect our forms from abuse. These do not track you across other websites.
Analytics and marketing tags load only after you give consent through our cookie banner. If you decline, or do not respond to the banner, they do not load.
| Tool | Provider | What it does | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Loads and manages the tags below, after consent | Tag manager | |
| Google Analytics 4 | Counts visits and shows how people find and use the site | Analytics | |
| Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft | Heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, used to find usability problems | Analytics |
| Google Ads | Measures which ads lead to enquiries and can show our ads to past visitors | Marketing | |
| Meta Pixel | Meta | Measures and targets our ads on Facebook and Instagram | Marketing |
| LinkedIn Insight Tag | Measures and targets our ads on LinkedIn and provides aggregated audience statistics | Marketing |
Once these tags load, their providers may set their own cookies and receive your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit. They may combine this with other information they hold about you, under their own privacy policies: Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We host our web fonts on our own server, so loading our pages does not send your data to a font provider.
Embedded videos and maps
Videos from YouTube, such as product and installation guides, first appear as a preview image. The YouTube player loads only when you click to play. From that point, YouTube, a Google service, receives your IP address and may set cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
The map on our contact page loads from Google Maps only when you choose to show it. Google then receives the same kind of technical data.
Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, social networks or the websites of our group brands, take you to services with their own privacy policies. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number, profile name and the messages you send, and WhatsApp handles those messages under its own terms.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only when needed for the purposes in this policy:
- Service providers that host our website, email and IT systems, and the analytics and advertising tools you consent to. When they act on our behalf, they may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Group brands and business partners, such as other brands in the Raivens group and installation, delivery or channel partners, when needed to answer your enquiry or to supply, install or support a product you asked for.
- Couriers and freight forwarders, which receive the delivery details needed to ship your order.
- Banks and payment providers, to process payments. When you pay through a payment provider, we do not receive your full card details.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants, auditors and lawyers, who are bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Raivens, our customers or others.
- A buyer or successor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under the terms of this policy.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Our team is based in India, and our service providers may store or process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data protection laws restrict transfers abroad, as in the European Union and the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses in our providers’ data processing terms.
How long we keep data
| Data | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that do not lead to business | As long as needed to answer and follow up, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep in touch |
| Customer, order and invoice records | For the business relationship, then as long as tax, accounting and other legal obligations require |
| Support and warranty records | For the warranty and support life of the product |
| Job applications and CVs | Up to 12 months from the application date, then deleted automatically |
| Server and security logs | For the limited period needed for security and troubleshooting |
| Anti-spam records (rate-limit counters, used human-check tokens, blocked uploads) | Up to 24 hours for counters and tokens; blocked-upload notes for the limited period needed to investigate abuse |
| Analytics and advertising data | For the retention period set in each tool and under each provider’s own policy |
| Your cookie choice | Until it expires or you clear it, after which we ask again |
When we no longer need personal data, we delete or anonymize it.
How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. These include HTTPS encryption across the website, access limited to staff who need it, spam and abuse protection on our forms, and service providers bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
To keep our forms free of spam and abuse, your browser solves a short, privacy-friendly “human check” (a computing puzzle that needs no cookies and no third-party service), and our server limits how often forms can be sent from one network address. These checks use your IP address and the form content only for security and are not used for marketing. If we turn on Cloudflare Turnstile as an additional check, Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and connection under its own privacy policy, only to tell people and bots apart.
No transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data, unless we must keep it, for example in tax records.
- Withdraw consent at any time: for cookies through the Cookie settings link, and for marketing emails by opting out. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Restrict processing while a concern about your data is being checked.
- Port the data you gave us, in a common machine-readable format.
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another region with similar laws, these are legal rights under the GDPR or equivalent rules, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We extend the same rights to all our visitors.
To make a request, email info@raivens.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We reply within the time required by the law that applies to you, for example one month under the GDPR, and we do not charge a fee for reasonable requests. If we cannot fully meet a request, we will explain why.
Children’s privacy
Our website is meant for businesses, schools, educators and parents. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law where they live. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.
Our education workshops, camps and programs are arranged with schools, parents or guardians. If they share a student’s details with us for that purpose, we use those details only to run the program.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, services or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the date it was last changed. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will make that clear on our website.
