Why choose RAIVENS IoT-Based Products

GSM/4G pump controllers

Start, stop and check single- or three-phase pumps and motors from a mobile phone, wherever there is cellular coverage.

Wireless sensors

Gas, temperature and door sensors report events and readings without new cabling.

LOCKZEE smart alarms

Security alarms from LOCKZEE, the Raivens security brand, alert owners when a sensor triggers.

LoRa networks

Long-range, low-power LoRa links connect sensors spread across farms, campuses and industrial sites.

Custom PCB and firmware

Engineers design the electronics and PCB and write the embedded firmware for your product.

Cloud and apps

The same team builds the cloud platform, dashboards and web and mobile apps that go with the device.

In-house manufacturing

Products are manufactured and tested in-house, then supported in the field after installation.

What are IoT-based products?

IoT-based products are devices that sense or control something physical and connect it to a phone, dashboard or cloud platform. Raivens builds IoT-based products for farms, water supply, buildings and businesses: GSM/4G pump and motor controllers, wireless sensors and smart alarms. When no ready product fits, Raivens develops a custom one, from PCB design and firmware through cloud and app development to manufacturing.

Pump and motor controllers

A GSM or 4G controller connects to a pump or motor starter and lets the owner switch it on or off and check its status from a mobile phone. Farmers no longer walk to a field at night to start irrigation, and water operators can run pumps at remote tanks and wells without a site visit. Status feedback on the phone confirms that a pump has actually started, which matters when the site is far away. Controllers are available for single-phase and three-phase motors, so the same approach works for a domestic pump and a large irrigation pump.

Wireless sensors and smart alarms

Device What it does Typical setting
Gas sensor Detects gas leaks and raises an alert Kitchens, labs, storage areas
Temperature sensor Tracks temperature and flags out-of-range values Cold rooms, server rooms, warehouses
Door sensor Reports doors opening and closing Shops, warehouses, restricted rooms
LOCKZEE smart alarm Alerts owners when a sensor triggers Homes, shops, offices

LOCKZEE is the Raivens security brand. LoRa networks link sensors spread over large areas, such as farms, campuses and industrial sites, where Wi-Fi does not reach and cabling is impractical.

Custom IoT product development

IoT projects often stall between vendors: one designs the board, another writes the firmware and a third builds the app. Raivens does all of it in-house:

  • Electronics: circuit and PCB design, and prototypes.
  • Firmware: embedded software for cellular, Wi-Fi or LoRa connectivity.
  • Cloud and apps: device platform, dashboards, and web and mobile apps.
  • Manufacturing: in-house production and testing.
  • Field support: installation and after-sales service.

The same process suits a connected controller for a machine, a battery-powered sensor node for a remote site or a branded device with its own app. A short brief is enough to start: what the device must measure or control, where it will be installed, how it should connect and the expected quantities.

Why build with Raivens

Raivens has designed and built electronics in-house since 2012, and has served 15,000+ clients and delivered 1,200+ projects in 8+ countries. One team owns the hardware, firmware, cloud and app, so a change in one layer is carried through the others, and you keep a single point of contact from prototype to production. Compliance documentation per model is available on request.

Integration and support

For plants with PLCs and meters, combine these products with PLC & IoT data loggers. For wireless energy metering, see smart electricity meters. Explore the full industrial IoT and automation solution, or contact Raivens to discuss your product or project.

Use cases

Where it makes a difference

Farms and irrigation

Farmers switch irrigation pumps on and off from a phone instead of walking to the field, day or night.

Water supply systems

Operators control and check pumps at tanks, wells and pumping stations remotely, cutting routine site visits.

Homes, shops and warehouses

LOCKZEE smart alarms and door sensors alert owners to intrusions as they happen.

Cold rooms and kitchens

Temperature and gas sensors warn staff before stock spoils or a leak becomes dangerous.

OEMs and product companies

Companies turn an idea into a manufactured IoT product, with one team handling PCB, firmware, cloud, app and production.

FAQ

IoT-Based Products: common questions

What is a GSM motor controller?

A GSM motor controller is a device that lets you switch a pump or motor on and off from a mobile phone over the cellular network, and check whether it is running. It saves trips to fields, wells and pump houses, especially at night or in bad weather. Raivens builds GSM and 4G controllers for single- and three-phase motors and pumps, used on farms and in water supply systems.

Do the pump controllers work with three-phase motors?

Yes. Raivens offers GSM/4G controllers for both single-phase and three-phase motors and pumps. Single-phase models suit domestic pumps and small farms, while three-phase models suit larger irrigation pumps, wells and water supply stations. Share the motor rating, supply details and how you want to control it, and the team will recommend the right controller for the job.

Which wireless sensors does Raivens offer?

The Raivens wireless sensor range covers gas sensors for leak detection, temperature sensors for cold rooms, server rooms and warehouses, and door sensors for security and access monitoring. LoRa networks connect sensors spread across farms, campuses and industrial sites, and LOCKZEE smart alarms alert owners when a sensor triggers. Sensors for other measurements can be developed as custom projects.

What is LoRa, and when should I use it?

LoRa is a long-range, low-power wireless technology for sending small amounts of data over distances that Wi-Fi cannot reach. It suits battery-powered sensors spread across farms, campuses, plants and large buildings, where running cables is impractical. Raivens sets up LoRa networks for sensor projects and can pair them with GSM/4G links where coverage requires it.

Can Raivens develop a custom IoT product for my business?

Yes. The in-house engineering team handles electronics and PCB design, embedded firmware, cloud platforms, and web and mobile apps, then manufactures and tests the product. Installation and after-sales support are available too. Working with one team from first prototype to production means fewer handoffs between vendors. Raivens has designed and built electronics in-house since 2012.

What do you need from us to start a custom IoT project?

A short brief is enough to begin a custom IoT project: what the device must measure or control, where it will be installed, how it should connect (GSM/4G, Wi-Fi or LoRa), who will use the app and the expected quantities. Raivens then proposes an architecture and a plan for prototypes and production. Share the brief through the contact page to arrange a first call with the engineering team.
